Tasting note:
Fine old golden color. Expressive nose of fudge aromas, rich in appearance with fine floral notes. Beautiful expression. Very nice in its refinement. Dry taste which flows out, well balanced with typical straw and fudge aromas. Reserved concentrated acidity on the finish gives the wine a beautiful aftertaste with grip. Such impressive balance. An excellent text book Sercial. All refinement and focus, impressive and long. – E.V.
