González Byass Archives Limited Edition. Originating from the Viña Amorosa vineyard. Produced from sun-dried and partially raisined grapes. 19% ABV.
Tasting note: “Medium mahogany coloured. Pungent and high toned nose, with multi-faceted aromatics ranging from dried fruits, treacle, toffee and caramel to old oak furniture and hints of pine. Medium sweet with harmonious well balanced vibrant acidity. Extraordinarily complex with a very long finish. An exceptional sherry with a long future ahead” 18 November 2025. Tim Triptree MW.
