Tasting Note: Pale mahogany colour with amber tints. Explosive aromatics with high toned balsamic notes, hints of dried apricots, dates and grilled hazelnuts and overt smoke and old oak - a very complex and spicy nose. A vibrant and intensely thrilling wine with flavours of dried fruits and caramel. Very long finish. Impeccably balanced Sercial. Tasted 16 April 2025. Tim Triptree MW
