Tasting Note: Vibrant medium mahogany colour. Impressive aromatics leap from the glass with overt dried fruit cake character and crème brûlée character with a hint of orange rind. Superb multi-faceted nose. Rich and intense on the palate with mouthwatering acidity with flavours of sweet caramel. Fantastic example of the intense thrilling acidity of Sercial perfectly balancing the sweetness. Tasted 16 April 2025. Tim Triptree MW
