Signed, from a limited edition of 2,000 published by the Royal Botanic Garden, Edinburgh in association with Frith Street Gallery, London for an exhibition held to mark the 50th Edinburgh International Festival in 1996. The exhibition, held at historic Inverleith House, the founding home of the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art (1960-1984), represented not only the most comprehensive retrospective of Callum Innes’ work to that date, but an opportunity to celebrate the artist in his native city.
