First edition of the latest cookbook from the Ottolenghi test kitchen, signed by the authors and supplemented with a hand-written recipe added by Yotam Ottolenghi. Ottolenghi’s vibrant Mediterranean-inspired dishes introduced the British public to a different way of cooking and an entirely new ingredients list; following the publication of Ottolenghi in 2008, over seven million copies of his recipe books have sold. The latest, Shelf Love, is dedicated to the joys of the store cupboard; the author has annotated this copy with a 225-word recipe, set across two pages, for confit celeriac with orange and dill.
