Fields of Color

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

A light layer of surface soiling is visible. Wear is to the corners and edges. A minute loss is to the upper left corner tip, and a few are to the upper right corner. Faint stretcher bar impressions with a few associated hairline cracks are visible occasionally to the edges. A small accretion is near the center left edge, a few are near the left lower edge and a few pinpoint ones are visible occasionally. A small puncture mark with associated hairline cracks is near the center lower edge in a blue passage. Two minute impression marks are to the upper right edge. Under ultraviolet light, several linear tide lines are visible along the horizontal axis. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
