The aluminum foil is hinged to the backing board at the four corners. A tear is to the left edge of the foil with associated folding on the underside of the sheet, likely in keeping with the artist's working method. Tiny losses are to the painted passage of the sheet, also in keeping with the artist's working method. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
