The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet is hinged along the edges to the backing board and undulates slightly. The edges are deckled and artist's pinholes are to the corners. Two small passages of hairline drying cracks with associated faint distortion are to the upper right corner. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
