The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The print is face-mounted to Diasec and housed in an artist-appointed frame. There is a small vertical abrasion below the upper edge of the image, and a few other micro-abrasions in places, notably at center above the buildings. Under raking light, a narrow, translucent pattern of residue extends horizontally across the center of the image, possible residue from a past cleaning or packing. There is scattered minor wear at the edges of the frame.
