The work has not been examined outside its artist's frame. Faint discoloration and small losses are to the frame edges, presumably in keeping with the artist's choice of found medium. Faint discoloration, wear and flaking are to the top and right turning edges of the canvas element. A few pinpoint accretions are to the backing board element and a tiny spot of lifting is below center.
