The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged periodically along the upper edge to the mat board. The edges of the sheet are deckled. The sheet has slightly shifted in tone, predominantly visible underneath the mat. There are a few faint handling marks visible along the edges of the sheet, more notably along the left edge. A minute accretion is to the lower left edge and one is to the left lower edge, visible within the margin and not affecting the image. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
