The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The three canvases are joined at the back with metal brackets. Wear is to the corner tips and turning edges, and there is a small break to the canvas at the upper right corner edge. A protrusion is to the bottom turning edge of the rightmost canvas. Small fibrous accretions are to the black painted passages. Under close inspection, fine networks of cracks are in the white background of the canvas. A few slightly raised linear deformations are in the white of the rightmost panel. Raised cracks are visible throughout the thickly painted yellow passage and dark green passage in the upper left. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
