The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

This work has not been examined outside of its frame. The sheet is hinged to the backing board at the upper corners. Minor wear is to the upper right and lower right corner tips with a soft diagonal crease to the lower right corner tip. The left edge of the sheet is perforated with slight tears and losses, in keeping with the artist's working method. Faint traces of media are occasional, possibly in keeping with the artist's working method. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
