The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
A wood and mirror frame is affixed to the side edges of the canvas, and a few strips of tape are on the face of the frame. The painting has not been examined outside of its frame. Cracks are scattered throughout some painted passages. Brown accretions are scattered to the lower portion of the canvas. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
