The sheet is hinged intermittently to the backing board and undulates very slightly. The sheet has shifted slightly in tone, most notably along the edges. A faint layer of surface dust is present. A few impasto peaks with associated wear and pinpoint losses are occasionally. An area of partial lifting to an impasto peak is near the upper right corner. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
