The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet is hinged in places on the reverse to its underlying support. The upper and lower horizontal edges and the left vertical edge are deckled and there are artist's pinholes in the upper corners. The sheet undulates slightly. There are a few minor creases in places, primarily to the extreme edges, with associated pinpoint paint losses to the upper horizontal edge. It is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
