The sheet is hinged using archival plastic corners to the backing board. Discoloration is visible intermittently to the sheet. There is a horizontal crease and an area of surface irregularity is visible in the upper register, presumably a vestige of the artist's working method. A few small spots of adhesive residue and areas of soiling are visible occasionally to the edges of the sheet. Under ultraviolet light, a few small spots of inpainting are visible to a few repaired creases to the lower quadrants in a blue passage, a pinpoint spot of inpainting is visible near the lower right edge in a blue passage, one is below center in a blue passage, and a minute one is to the upper right quadrant in a blue passage.
