The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet is hinged intermittently along the edges to the backing board and undulates slightly. The reverse of the sheet was not examined. The right edge of the sheet is deckled. A minute dent and a faint crease are to the upper edge. A faint spot of surface soiling is to the lower heart. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
