The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
There is a semi-circular area of retouching in the upper right quadrant and a pinpoint spot of retouching at the midpoint of the left edge, presumably artist or artist's studio. This work has not been examined out of its frame. The extreme edges and corners of the frame are slightly worn and abraded.
