The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Each sheet is hinged in two points at the upper edge on the reverse to its underlying support. Each lower edge is uneven. There are some soft creases in places and pinpoint accretions to each lower edge, in keeping with the artist's working method.
(i) There are two faint handling marks to the upper right vertical edge and lower right horizontal edge, and some slight discolouration to the lower horizontal edge.
(iii) The extreme upper right horizontal edge is slightly lifted.
Subject to the above, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
