The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound. There is soft staining in places to the horizontal edges. There are a few linear accretions to the left vertical edge and lower right corner and a few further handling marks to the edges. There is some faint superficial rubbing to the lower edge, only visible under strong raking light. Subject to the above, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
