The sheet is hinged at the corners to the backing board and the edges are slightly curled. A crease is to the upper left corner tip. Artist's pinholes are to the corners and the lower right pinhole has an associated tear. A minute tear is to the left edge below center. A few abrasions are intermittently in the upper register. A fibrous accretion is to the pink passage below and left of center, and some others are to the turquoise passage at the right edge. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
