Prima Facie: Amazed (Maquette)

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged at the upper corners to the backing board and undulates slightly. Soft creases are visible intermittently, most notably to the lower left corner. Hairline abrasions are to the image, visible only under close inspection. A tiny tear is to the extreme left edge of the image, possibly a vestige of the artist's working method. Minute spots of transferred media are to the corners of the right collage element.
