The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The works are structurally sound. All elements appear to be present and in good working order.
(i) There is a small chip, measuring approximately 2cm. in length, to the extreme interior edge of one of the glass leaves.
(ii) There is a hairline crack, measuring approximately 4cm. in length, to the edge of one of the glass leaves.
(iii) There are a few faint scuff marks in places to the glass leaves. There is a minute loss to the extreme lower edge of one of the glass leaves.
Subject to the above, it is our view that the work is in generally good condition.
