The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Wear is to the corners and extreme edges. Undulation is to the canvas and fine cracking is to the extreme turning edges. Stretcher bar impressions are visible. A passage of cracking, including radial and branching cracking, is visible at center in addition to other passages of cracking visible intermittently. Small accretions are visible intermittently. An abrasion is to the upper right corner and another is to the snail. A drip mark is near the lower edge. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
