The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Faint areas of rubbing are infrequently to the extreme edges and a few small abraded passages are to the lower left corner and near the extreme left edge. Two small abrasions are to the purple passage below center. Under close inspection, spatter is visible to the lower register. Under ultraviolet light, a few small areas of abrasions are visible to the raw canvas near the spatter. Some spots of inpainting with a lighter variation in tone are visible to the red passage above center.
