There are occasional casting imperfections and cracking in the clay heads of the urns, consistent with the artist's working method and the medium. On the urn with a red stripe, there is a spot of loss near the base. On the black and white speckled cat urn, there is a repaired, stable crack from the lip to the neck of the vessel.
