The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged to the backing board at the upper corner-tips and undulates slightly. Very minor wear and slight creasing is to the corner-tips and edges. A few pinpoint indentations and faint handling marks are infrequent. Faint handling marks are occasional, presumably studio-related. A tiny spot of stray media is near the left figure's proper left eye. Visible under ultraviolet light, a minute drip accretion is to the lower left quadrant of the sheet. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
