The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

This work has not been examined outside of its frame. The canvas is slightly slack. Faint rubbing is occasionally to the edges, and faint stretcher bar impressions are scattered along the edges. A tiny protrusion is near the lower edge left of center, and a few minute indentations are near the vertical edges to the lower quadrants. A tiny puncture is near the right edge below center. A few hairline linear abrasions are scattered to the lower register. Tiny accretions are occasional, most notably near the right edge below center. Radial, hairline and a few nascent cracks are scattered throughout, most notably near center. Visible under ultraviolet light, a small drip accretion is below and right of center. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
