The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound, and a layer of surface dust is present. Wear is along the edges and to the nails, in keeping with the artist's choice of support. Spots of lifting, some with associated paint loss and hairline cracks are occasional. Small spots of adhesive residue are occasionally, presumably in keeping with the artist's working method. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
