The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet is hinged to the backing board at the corner-tips and undulates slightly. The edges of the sheet are deckled. Two small losses are to the lower left quadrant in an orange painted passage. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
