The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged to the backing board at the upper edge and undulates slightly. The sheet has shifted in tone, most notably to the edges. An artist's pinhole and pinpoint loss is to the upper left corner-tip. Faint creases are to the lower right corner-tip. A small tear is to the center lower edge and another tiny one is to the left lower edge. A loss is to the lower left edge and another pinpoint one is near the upper left edge. Visible under close inspection, faint handling marks are scattered, presumably studio-related. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
