The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged in places on the reverse to its underlying support. The sheet undulates slightly. There are faint handling marks and media splashes predominantly to the left vertical edge, presumably in keeping with the artist's working method. There are minor creases in places, most notably to the upper left corner and a minor tear to the extreme upper right corner. There is faint minor discolouration to the extreme corners, presumably due to previous hinging. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appear to be in generally good condition.
