The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Not examined out of artist's frame. The work is structurally sound. The sheet appears to be laid on the reverse to its underlying support. There is a pinpoint abrasion to the extreme upper horizontal and right turnover edge to the artist's frame. There are a few minor hairline abrasions in places, most notably to the lower right quadrant of the sheet. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
