The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
(i) – (vi) The sheet is loose. The sheet is deckled along its lower edge. The portfolio has minor abrasions on the surface and to the top right corner. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work is in generally good condition.
