The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
(i) The work is structurally sound. There are some minor signs of wear to the extreme edges of the feet. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work is in generally good condition.
(ii) The sheet is loose. There are two minute folds to the extreme upper horizontal edge. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work is in generally good condition.
