The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is structurally sound. There is some pinpoint lifting to the upper right vertical edge and there is one pinpoint accretion to the upper left quadrant, only visible on close inspection only. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears in generally very good condition.
