The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
(i),(iii): The work is structurally sound. There is a thin layer of supercicial dust. There are a few handling marks and faint abrasions in places. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in very good condition.
