The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound and all elements are present. There is a pinpoint loss to the extreme corner of the underside of the yellow shelf. There is a repaired loss to the underside of the black shelf measuring approximately 2inches. There is some minor discolouration to the underside of the yellow shelf. There are a few faint handling marks and pinpoint accretions in places to the top of the shelf. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
