The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is structurally sound and all elements appear to be present and adhere well to their underlying support. There are artist’s nails and corresponding holes in places along the extreme edges. There are surface irregularities in keeping with the artist’s working method and the nature of the medium. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
