The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Not examined out of frame. The sheet appears to be hinged in places on the reverse to its underlying support. The extreme edges are deckled. There are artist's pinholes to the extreme corners and upper horizontal edge. There is minor skinning to the upper corners. There is a pinpoint accretion to the black passage to the right of the upper horizontal edge. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the works appears to be generally very good condition.
