The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
(i) The work is structurally sound. There are a few pinpoint accretions to the upper right vertical edge and lower left horizontal edge. There is a minor superficial abrasion to the lower right quadrant. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
(ii) The work is structurally sound. There are a few scattered hairline abrasions in places, most notably to the lower left corner. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
