The work is structurally sound. There is some minor rubbing in places, predominantly to the extreme upper and lower horizontal edges. There is minor wear to the extreme corners. There are a few minor accretions with associated paper residue to the upper right extreme corner and lower right corner. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
