The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound. There are a minor areas of paint loss to the extreme lower horizontal edge. There are a few faint linear abrasions in places, predominantly to the upper horizontal edge and lower center. There are few handling marks and pinpoint accretions in places, only visible under strong raking light. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
