The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged in places on the reverse to its underlying support. The sheet undulates slightly throughout and there are a few faint creases to the extreme corners, in keeping with the nature of the artist's chosen medium. There are a few very faint linear abrasions and handling marks in places, predominantly to the upper half, only visible under strong raking light. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition
