The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound. There is a fine layer of surface dust. There are a few superficial hairline abrasions and a few pinpoint indentations in places to the stainless steel elements. There are a few pinpoint paint losses to the extreme edges of the artist's plinth, the largest measuring approx. 2 in. in length to the lower edge of the base. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
