The canvas, stretcher and attachments appear to be in generally good condition. There are some faint handling marks to the extreme upper vertical and upper horizontal edges and some minor rubbing to all four corners. There is a pinpoint accretion to the central right vertical edge. When examined under ultraviolet light, there is no indication of any inpainting. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
