The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound. All elements appear to be present and in good working order. There is minor rubbing to the extreme corners. There are a few minor accretions in places to the vertical edges of (ii). There are a few superficial abrasions to the Plexiglas in places, only visible under strong raking light. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
