The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Not examined out of frame. The work is structurally sound. There is some minor rubbing with associated pinpoint creases to the extreme corners. All collage elements appear to be present and adhere to their underlying support. There are few spots of adhesive residue in places, predominantly to the upper left vertical edge and surrounding the calendar element. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
